New design for Otfmi documentation

Otfmi is a Python library facilitating the probabilistic study of FMUs by interfacing OpenTURNS with PyFMI. Otfmi is notably used as backend for Persalys (OpenTURNS graphical user interface).

In the framework of the long term work with EDF on OpenTURNS and Persalys, Phimeca improved and redesigned Otfmi's online documentation for a better user experience.
